USEFUL STROKE X= 4000mm Y= 360 mm Floor-type vertical spindle machining centre with bridge type gantry assembly with 3 axis controlled by CNC, able to work on extruded aluminium, light alloys, PVC and iron. The machine is fitted with an electric-spindle (7,5kw., 20.000 rpm) with shank according with ISO 30 rule, preset for an automatic tool change. The tool magazine, fixed on the mobile upright, can store till 5 tools to drill, to mill and to thread plus 1 to mill with a side milling cutter. Equipped with 4x standard vices. Kit purifications by micro drop with pure oil. Light curtain system.

The machine is fitted with an electric-spindle 4Kw, 24000rpm, automatic quick change of the tool with 6 tools positions. Interpolation X / Y / Z axes managed by numerical control. Monitor 11,5” TFT colour display (Touch screen with simplify graphic running on Windows). Possibility to work pieces longer than the machine. Brushless Yaskawa motors for X / Y / Z axis positioning. Complete with 4 pneumatic double action clamps with manual movement. Micro-drop lubrication. Axis movement on linear guides. Left stop. Light curtain system.
